What is your turnaround time?
All orders ship in 10 business days or it is free!
This promise applies during our regular production season. During December’s high-demand album season, we announce a special cut-off date to ensure guaranteed holiday delivery.
Please note that this guarantee does not apply in the event of force majeure circumstances, such as power outages or other unexpected disruptions.
If we ever miss our standard timeline under normal conditions, we’ll credit the full product value to your account in Kiss Credit for future purchases.

How is text centered on the album covers?
Our default process is to center all engraving or debossing on the front cover of the album, not including the spine.

If you prefer to have the engraving or debossing centered including the spine, please reach out to our support team at support@kiss.us prior to placing your order.
What is Distressed Leather?
Our distressed leather covers are unprocessed and do not go through a coloring process that dyes and treats the hides. The color and look of the hide varies based on the year the cows were raised, the weather in that particular region of the world, bug bites, scratches and other environmental factors that may have left scars.
Due to this, our distressed leather covers will experience color variations and natural markings. Each piece of hide we receive is unique and not like another.
Does Kiss offer vegan album options?
We try to be as eco-friendly as possible with our products and all of our linen covers are vegan, but we do not offer any faux leather options.
With our lifetime guarantee, we have to be sure all of our materials will last over time. Because vegan products are newer to the market, we cannot ensure that those materials would meet our standards.
Is "Sample" stamped on my sample book?
Samples are debossed in clear with "Sample- Not for resale" on back corner of each sample album. Limit 5 sample albums per customer, per year.
We do ask that you do not sell these albums to your clients. We really believe that having studio samples makes a world of difference, and we truly want you to have them- even if it means we forfeit profit on each album. This is just one of the ways we want you to know that we believe in you and are willing to invest in your business!
What is the difference between engraving and debossing?
Engraving uses a laser to etch the graphic into the material:

What color is engraving?
Engraving is done using a laser to etch the text into the material, so the color can vary on different cover colors. You can view examples of how it appears on each cover in our leather and linen debossing & engraving guides.
How thick are your pages?
Kiss Albums come with the option between thick and thin pages.
Thick pages are 1.2 mm thick. They are a sturdy build that is constructed with a substrate between each page. Thin pages have a much lower profile and are .5 mm thick. These pages do not have the substrate that thick pages do, but are the two pages set back-to-back.

Do you split your pages down the middle fold?
No, we do not split pages. We have perfected the center micro-fold so your work is displayed without being cut down the middle.

How to Care for Kiss Albums
To keep your Kiss Book beautiful for all time, follow these simple rules:

Store it flat to protect the spine.

Do not rest anything heavy on the book.

Do not get the pages wet. If you do, dry them quickly and let the book dry before closing it.

Extreme heat and humidity will affect the book. Store it in a dry, moderately cool place.

If you get something on the pages, you can try to get it off with water or Goo-Gone, just let it dry before closing.

The leather or linen covers can be cleaned with a damp, clean rag. If the leather is scuffed, you can try rubbing it lightly with your fingers.
How do I cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order once it has been placed. Orders begin production very quickly. Each order is custom- made and we ask that you review the order prior to submitting. Feel free to ask support@kiss.us if you have any questions. Fees may apply if an order has been submitted and changes are requested.
